Current Transformer LMK(BH)-0.66
BH-0.66 is a pouring type, bus type (through), low voltage current transformer. Its model meaning is usually interpreted:
B: current transformer
H: cast insulation ("ring" or "ring" oxygen resin phonetic initials, representing circular pouring)
· 0.66: The rated insulation voltage is 0.66kV (660V), indicating that it is suitable for low-voltage systems.
It is mainly used to convert the large current on the primary side into a small current on the secondary side (the standard value is 5A or 1A) in order to connect measuring instruments (such as ammeters, electric energy meters) or relay protection devices to achieve electrical isolation, Safety measurement and system protection.
BH-0.66 current transformer mainly realizes two core functions:
1. Current conversion and measurement
Convert a large current (such as hundreds of amperes to thousands of amperes) that is difficult to measure directly in a primary circuit (main circuit) into a standard, safe small current (usually 5A or 1A) according to an accurate ratio.
The converted current is provided to measuring instruments such as ammeter, electric energy meter and power meter for monitoring the operating state of the system and electric energy measurement.
2. Electrical isolation and system protection
The secondary measurement/protection circuit is electrically isolated from the primary high-voltage main circuit, which greatly ensures the safety of personnel and equipment.
The converted standard current signal is provided to relay protection devices (such as relays and integrated protectors). When the line is short-circuited, overload and other faults, the protection device can quickly detect the abnormal current and issue instructions to drive the circuit breaker to trip, thereby cutting off the fault circuit and protecting the main power grid and key equipment.
